Ardmore is a straight fifteen-minute run down 476 from our King of Prussia showroom, and the range of housing stock — center-hall colonials near Suburban Square, twins along Cricket, newer builds off Argyle — means no two Ardmore quotes look alike. That's exactly why we run every project out of a showroom instead of a spec sheet. You pick the specific door, the specific stone, the specific faucet, and the number reflects those choices.

Berwyn is a ten-minute drive west from our King of Prussia showroom on 202, right past the Chesterbrook interchange. Most of our Berwyn clients come from the neighborhoods off Berwyn-Paoli Road and the newer builds around Trout Creek. They come to the showroom, we walk the same cabinet-and-stone selection process we do for every project, and they leave with a scope they can read line by line.

Blue Bell is about a fifteen-minute drive north of our King of Prussia showroom via 202 and Skippack Pike. Every quote we send back leaves the room with individual pricing on cabinets, counters, plumbing, electric, tile, and project management.

Cheltenham Township is about thirty minutes east of our King of Prussia showroom, and most of the homes we work on there — the Tudors of Elkins Park, the stone twins in Wyncote, the older colonials off Cheltenham Avenue — reward a slower design process. We ask Cheltenham clients to make the drive to the showroom once early on. Seeing cabinet doors and slabs at 1:1 scale changes almost every selection.

Fallsington is about forty-five minutes northeast of our King of Prussia showroom, deep in Bucks County. The village's 18th- and 19th-century homes near Historic Fallsington and along New Falls Road are unusually specific to work on — hand-planed floors, plaster walls, tight framing bays. We ask Fallsington clients to visit the showroom in person because getting a period-correct match on paint depth, tile glaze, and cabinet reveals from a photo almost never lands right.

Gladwyne is a fifteen-minute drive east of our King of Prussia showroom via 422 and 23. Most Gladwyne projects are estate-scale — larger footprints, deeper spec, longer schedules — which is exactly the kind of work the showroom exists to support. Clients pick slabs in person at the yard with our designer, sit with cabinet samples under the showroom's warm and cool lighting, and leave with a written, fully itemized scope before we ever ask for a deposit.

Haverford is a fifteen-minute run east of our King of Prussia showroom, and most of the homes we work on there sit near Haverford College, along Darby Road, or off Panmure. Haverford clients tend to arrive at the showroom already knowing whether the project is a refresh or a rebuild — our job is to make sure the price they leave with reflects the actual doors, stone, and fixtures they saw in person, not a ballpark.

Havertown sits about twenty minutes southeast of our King of Prussia showroom via 476 and Darby Road. Most Havertown projects we quote are family-scale — a working kitchen for weeknight cooking, a hall bath the kids share, sometimes a primary suite tucked into an addition. Havertown clients come to the showroom, we walk the same cabinet-and-slab process we do for estate work, and the quote comes back on the same fully itemized template.

King of Prussia is home base. Our showroom at 840 1st Ave, Suite 400 is where every Icon project starts — cabinet doors on the wall, slab samples on the table, hardware and plumbing on the shelf next to them. KoP clients often stop in twice: once to scope, once to finalize. There's no drive to make and no waiting for a sample kit to ship.

Lafayette Hill is about twenty minutes northeast of our King of Prussia showroom via 476 and the Ridge Pike corridor. Most of our Lafayette Hill work centers on the neighborhoods around Miles Park and off Barren Hill Road — mid-century splits, stone colonials, a lot of houses ready for their second real renovation. Clients drive to the showroom once early, and we do the actual scoping there rather than on a truck tailgate.

Marple Township, and Broomall in particular, sits about twenty minutes south of our King of Prussia showroom via 476 and West Chester Pike. The housing stock is heavy on split-levels and mid-century ranches, and both benefit from the same conversation up front: what layout change is worth the money, and what finish package matches the house rather than fighting it. That conversation happens at the showroom, in person.

Merion Station is a twenty-minute drive east of our King of Prussia showroom. Most of the homes we work on there are pre-war stone builds near Merion Botanical Park or along Merion Road — thick walls, plaster ceilings, real casework already in place. The showroom-first process matters more here than almost anywhere else on the Main Line, because the finish package has to feel like it was always in the house.

Narberth borough is about fifteen minutes east of our King of Prussia showroom. Most Narberth homes are twins, three-story Victorians, or compact singles near Haverford Avenue and the borough's downtown grid. Small footprints are the norm, which is why the showroom process matters: seeing a cabinet at scale is the difference between a Narberth kitchen that finally works and one that feels forced.

Newtown Square is about fifteen minutes south of our King of Prussia showroom via 252. It's a mix of older stone farmhouses off Goshen Road, newer estate builds near Ellis Preserve, and mid-range colonials along West Chester Pike. That range means every Newtown Square quote is genuinely different — which is why we run scope out of the showroom rather than a template.

Philadelphia is about a twenty-five minute run east of our King of Prussia showroom via 76. City projects — Fishtown rowhomes, Rittenhouse condos, Chestnut Hill singles, Manayunk trinities — are their own species: tighter access, city permits, party walls, load-in windows. We handle the L&I side, but the design and selection work still happens in person at the KoP showroom because that's the only way to lock in the finish package before demo.

Radnor Township is a ten-minute drive east of our King of Prussia showroom on Route 30 — Wayne, St. Davids, Garrett Hill, the core of Radnor itself. Because the drive is short, Radnor clients often visit the showroom two or three times through the design phase. Every one of those visits ends the same way: an updated written scope with individual pricing on every line.

Bryn Mawr is a ten-minute drive east of our King of Prussia showroom on Route 30. Most Bryn Mawr projects sit in the pre-war stone singles off Airdale, the twins near the Bryn Mawr Film Institute, or the estate homes on the north side of Old Gulph. Clients drive to the showroom once early to spec doors, stone, and hardware in person — no phone photos, no shipped sample kits.

Upper Providence Township sits about ten minutes west of our King of Prussia showroom, along the 422 corridor through Oaks and Mont Clare. Most Upper Providence projects are on newer builds — good bones, workable open plans, and a finish package that just needs to catch up to how the house is actually lived in. That conversation happens at the showroom, in person, once.

Whitemarsh Township is about twenty minutes northeast of our King of Prussia showroom via 476 and Ridge Pike. Between Spring Mill, Barren Hill, and Lafayette Hill, the housing stock swings from mid-century splits to older stone singles near Militia Hill and Whitemarsh Valley. Selection work happens at the showroom regardless — cabinets, stone, and hardware read differently under real lighting than they do on a phone.

Wrightstown is about fifty minutes northeast of our King of Prussia showroom, out through the rural stretch of Bucks County near Newtown and Penns Park. Older stone farmhouses, converted barns, and 19th-century singles are the norm. We ask Wrightstown clients to make one showroom visit early on because getting period-correct finishes to actually read as period-correct almost never works from a photo.

Wynnewood is about fifteen minutes east of our King of Prussia showroom on 476. Most Wynnewood work happens in the stone colonials off Remington and Argyle, the tucked-in singles near Wynnewood Valley Park, or the twins south of Lancaster. Homes here reward a slower selection process — you can feel a wrong door style or a wrong grout color in the front hall — which is exactly what the showroom is set up for.
